Term opening and reporting guidelines

Everything parents and guardians need to know about reporting day: timings, requirements and what every learner should carry.

Term opening and reporting guidelines

Reporting day is a busy one for every family, so we publish the details early to make it calm and predictable. Day scholars report between 7:00am and 8:00am, while boarding learners are received from 2:00pm on the day before classes begin.

Every learner should come with their full uniform, a set of exercise books, and the reporting slip issued at the end of last term. Boarding learners should additionally carry their beddings, a labelled trunk or suitcase, and personal toiletries.

The bursar's office is open throughout reporting day for fees payment and clearance. Parents with questions about balances are encouraged to come slightly earlier to avoid the afternoon queue.

Class teachers will be stationed at their classroom blocks to receive learners and answer questions. If you are new to St. Anne, head to the administration block first and a member of staff will guide you.
